Pandio ("we", "us") operates an AI tutoring product at pandio.online. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account data — name and email provided through Clerk when you sign up.
• Content you upload — YouTube URLs, PDFs, websites, or text you add to a notebook. We store the extracted text to generate lessons.
• Learning activity — session transcripts, quiz answers, and progress metrics used to personalise tutoring.
• Usage data — basic request logs (IP, user agent) for abuse prevention and reliability.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

How We Use Data

• Provide the tutoring experience and generate lesson plans.
• Personalise future sessions based on your progress.
• Operate and secure the service.
• Communicate service updates (never sold to third parties).

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of providers to run the product:

• Clerk — authentication
• Stripe — payments
• OpenRouter / Anthropic / Google — LLM processing
• ElevenLabs / OpenAI / Kokoro — text-to-speech
• Vercel — hosting and analytics
• Sentry — error monitoring

Content you submit may be sent to these providers for the sole purpose of producing your lesson. We do not sell your data.

Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your sessions, quizzes, and progress history within 30 days.
